I planned a surprise trip to NOLA for Bryan's birthday and we stayed at the Maison Dupuy Hotel in the French Quarter. Unfortunately we could only stay 4 days (instead of 7) thanks to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Ivan (which never hit!). We still had a great time though while we were there! I had been there before but he hadn't and we plan to go back in the future so he can experience more there.
